Grow

I learn small business ideas and marketing methods that can be implemented with local residents. I learn how to achieve good results by using limited budgets and resources efficiently. By participating in many projects and working, my business-related English skills have improved significantly. I check whether a project went well and listen to residents' opinions to find ways to improve. I feel great satisfaction when an idea I created actually helps people. I internalize an entire project and develop practical know-how. I gain hands-on experience and confidence by trying things I had only seen in books. I feel a sense of achievement as project goals are met one by one. Through volunteer activities I cultivate social entrepreneurship that benefits society. My practical skills in planning and executing projects grow. My understanding of and respect for local residents' lives deepen. I learn basic skills related to finance, accounting, and NGO management. I plan and carry out small tasks and projects on my own. I improve my problem-solving skills by directly resolving issues that arise in the field. I learn my strengths and weaknesses and interests, deepening my self-understanding. Working with volunteers from various countries increases my ability to collaborate.
